On the brain and motivation to learn

Motivation is a central component of our mental life. What does the motivation provide for the learner that supports learning? What paths of creating motivation stand before the teacher in a diverse class of students? Why are the challenge, achievable goals, and laughter important - while learning? And most importantly, how can the dependence on the big word "motivation" be reduced and broken down into general practices that are attainable?

About this and more, in a fascinating lecture that deals with a very important asset that is found in each and every one of us, the one that develops and takes shape in our first years, and it is up to us to guide and shape it.
